Nora Sarte is passionate about serving vulnerable communities, drawing from personal experiences that have shaped her deep empathy and commitment to helping others. Her journey has inspired her to dedicate her career to improving lives, and she views her work not just as a job, but as a calling. Nora approaches her role with gratitude and determination, believing that the pressures she faces in leadership are small compared to the daily struggles of the communities she serves.
Currently, Nora serves as the Interim Executive Director at Whole Person Care Clinic, where she leverages over 16 years of administrative expertise and more than 13 years in supervisory roles. She works closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, provide executive support, and drive organizational success. Her leadership is marked by a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Nora’s diverse expertise spans payroll management, recruiting, staff training, fiscal oversight, medical billing, policy development, and performance management. Fluent in Spanish, she engages effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, strengthening the organization's outreach and impact. Her extensive experience in clinic licensing, policy implementation, contract credentialing, and billing support ensures the smooth operation of complex healthcare systems.
Prior to her current role, Nora excelled as an Operations Manager, where she honed her skills in managing daily operations, financial oversight, recruiting and training, and maintaining compliance with legal and HIPAA regulations. Her commitment to operational excellence and strategic vision has consistently driven organizational growth and success.
Nora’s leadership is grounded in her belief in the power of service, and she remains dedicated to improving service quality and operational efficiency and feels privileged to lead in a way that aligns with her purpose: to serve those in need and help create meaningful change in their lives.
